Membership & Billing The Chillpreneur Club requires a minimum commitment of three months. Your membership will be billed monthly at the agreed rate beginning on the date of purchase. After the three month minimum period has been completed, your membership will continue on a month to month basis and can be cancelled at any time with written notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation To cancel your membership you must submit a cancellation request via email to erin@chillpreneur.co at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect from the following billing cycle. Cancellations cannot be backdated and no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Refunds Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to membership content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted. If you have a concern about your membership please reach out to us directly at erin@chillpreneur.co and we will do our best to resolve it.

Access & Transfers Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Login credentials and community access must not be shared with any third party. Erin May Henry reserves the right to revoke membership access without refund in the event of misuse, disrespectful conduct within the community, or breach of these terms.

Program Changes Erin May Henry reserves the right to modify program content, call schedules, and membership inclusions at any time. We are committed to always delivering exceptional value and will communicate any significant changes to members in advance.

Intellectual Property All content within The Chillpreneur Club including training materials, recordings, frameworks, and resources is the intellectual property of Erin May Henry. Content must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed outside of the membership without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability Results from participation in The Chillpreneur Club will vary depending on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. No specific income outcomes are guaranteed. Erin May Henry accepts no liability for business decisions made as a result of program participation.
